Samaira did B tech in computer science and also worked in one of the known multinational companies as a software engineer, for a couple of months/years before becoming a full time actor. Samaira worked on Deena Raj's film Bharateeyans in 2022. Doctor Shankar Naidu Adusumilli, who is located in the US, is funding the movie. Vivek Agnihotri was the one who released the teaser.

Samaria is the first to launch Nykaa, along with Falguni Nayar, CEO of Nykaa , in Chandigarh as the known face of the city .
She has walked ramp for several designers, and has also been showstopper for brands like Gitanjali Jewelers, Signature style season 2 and others.
